Rental Listing Now Available in Supra eKey
Rental listings can now be added to your eKey EDATA if you have the Supra eKey software on a smart phone and have the professional level of service. To add rental listings to your searchable listings, go to Supra's website at www. Supraekey.com, click on Agent-Log on to KIMweb and select your association. Enter your key number and 4 digit password and Login. Once logged in click on Configure Market Area on the left to select which listings you would like. And that's it. You're done.

Scam Alert
Caution: Property managers - Be aware that there is a person who is trying to pull a scam in our area.
This is a person posing as a doctor from Colorado - asking to rent a condo for his honeymoon.
He will send a check to secure or pay for the condo ahead of time. The check is from a hospital in Colorado Springs.
The check is for more than the condo rental, and he then wants you to send him the monies over the cost of the rental.
